TheTrueNorthSoul, LLC prides itself on honesty and integrity. While Kristina conducts every reading and coaching session to the best of her ability, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed and you may not hear what you are expecting or want to hear.
All readings, coaching sessions, and consultations with TheTrueNorthSoul, LLC are for entertainment purposes only. This includes information obtained on www.TheTrueNorthSoul.com or TheTrueNorthSoul’s social media platforms.
No reading or coaching session given by Kristina Vaughn is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
Kristina Vaughn, and TheTrueNorthSoul, LLC accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her reading or consultation with Kristina Vaughn as well as content created by Kristina Vaughn including but not limited to youtube videos, social media content, and workshops.
Anti-Harassment: Client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse and/or harassment of any kind towards Kristina Vaughn is unacceptable and shall be grounds for Kristina Vaughn to cease services immediately.
You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Kristina Vaughn, TheTrueNorth Soul, LLC, and their heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Kristina Vaughn.
Social Media: You may share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.
You have read and understand the Privacy Policy.
Payment Policies: Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours notice and due to a non emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  No shows/day of cancellations, may be rescheduled (subject to availability) but cannot be refunded.
You have had the chance and have taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement when you engage in services.
