How should I prepare for my session?
For my signature TrueNorth Reading, I require your accurate birth information, I will analyze multiple self discovery tools, in preparation for our session to share with you (Focusing on path, purpose and areas of blocks).
Please make sure a quiet, distraction free location is set for our time- this is essential. I want to ensure we invest fully into our time together.
Before booking, please look at your calendar and select a best date, where you won't be rushed coming into or after your session.
How long is a session & what type of support can I expect after the session? Can one session really change my life?
Sessions range from 60-80 minutes in length.
You will be provided with resources (meditations, reading lists, journal prompts) via email, 2-3 days following our session to continue the work that came up in your session. These resources & follow ups are DIY format. I am always available for follow questions & I love getting updates on how all is going after our session- thats the fun part!
In one session- Yes, a lot can shift, results are profound- but it is truly up to your willingness to integrate the healing tools & practices we discuss.
If you would like additional support beyond our 1:1 session, I may recommend a healing or coaching container to support you in your goals.
Where are sessions conducted?
All 1:1 sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. A Zoom link to join our session will be provided to you after you complete your booking & select your session date.
If you are interested in person sessions, do check my website for local group healings held monthly or annual retreat event/workshop availability.
I don't feel "ready" and am just nervous about what comes up in my session, should I book now or later?
I understand, and trust me, its a common feeling- especially when we are on the verge of expanding, there is always a natural resistance to stay safe in the comfort of what you do know.
Always trust your intuition, determine if this is actually a fear of the unknown. Most likely it is not a lack of consciousness or “readiness” otherwise you would not have been led to research support.
There is no preparation needed for your session, just an open heart and willingness to explore your soul deeper. I do encourage you to review my website, client testimonials and videos content to determine if my work is the right fit for you.
If it feels aligned, it most likely is- I LOVE working with my soul clients. If it does not, trust there may be a different spiritual teacher for you, that you are meant to learn from.
What is your refund policy?
Due to preparation time, sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your session date.
Sessions are fully refundable, if cancelled within 48 hours of session date.
Will I receive a recording of the session?
Yes, I do provide a high quality recording of your session, so that you can focus on being fully present in the moment and reflect on our time together in more depth later on.You will also receive:
-A custom energy assessment via email pdf. This is a resource that highlights the essentials of your birth chart & how to work with your unique energy.
-Self Discovery Resources to continue to explore your soul's unique blueprint
-Recommended book list, homework, and spiritual daily practice routine, you can work with for months to come as you deepen your spiritual journey
