She’s a trained intuitive, & certified breathwork & meditation facilitator, and her work is focused on providing spiritual seekers with practical resources to discover, connect, and awaken their relationship with their own spirituality. She holds a BA in Humanities and an MBA- with a keen ability to ground the "woo woo" into tangible grounded action- here in the real world.
She’s the founder of The TrueNorth Soul, where she offers spiritual coaching to her clients with a a blend of self-discovery tools, breathwork and intuitive guidance to help clients come back to themselves and recall their divine purpose.

When Kristina’s not leading the way for people to connect with their soul purpose, Kristina can be found spending time with her husband and two kids in their home in Maryland, or planning her next tropical retreat.
